Terms & Conditions
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given on payments for any session/package. Sessions may be transferred or sold with approval.
- Payment plans may be made available in certain situations, but payment must be made in full before the first session. When a payment plan is in place, expiration dates still may apply. Additionally, lessons that have not yet been covered by the plan may not be redeemed until the payment plan is in proper standing.
- All sessions/packages have a 60-day expiration date. If sessions are not completed within that time, the unused hours expire and cannot be carried over to future packages. Packages CAN be extended for an additional 30 days for a $99 extension fee, as long as arrangements are made more than one week before the expiration date.
- Same-day sessions - $25 additional fee. No scheduling after 10 PM PST
- All separate critiques & reviews of the auditions are deducted from time on the package
- All sessions require a minimum 12-hour cancellation notice; a $25 late cancellation fee applies if any session is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time.
